Data Processing Addendum

Closyn LLC d/b/a Crispy makes a Data Processing Addendum available upon request when Crispy processes customer personal data on behalf of an eligible business customer.

  • the active business account or executed agreement the request concerns;
  • the organization's legal name, country, and notice contact;
  • the requester's name, title, and authority as an authorized representative;
  • the organization's controller or processor role and the relevant jurisdictions; and
  • the customer processing for which the DPA is required.

Crispy provides its standard DPA. We do not accept customer-provided DPAs or routine redlines. Any exception requires a separately approved enterprise legal review and may require reimbursement of reasonable legal or compliance costs.

A DPA becomes effective only when it is validly executed or incorporated into a binding agreement by authorized parties. Publishing this request page does not itself create or execute a DPA.
