Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch at any time from your billing dashboard. When switching to annual, you’ll receive a prorated credit for the remainder of your current monthly period.
How do volume discounts work for Team plans?
Team pricing uses graduated tiers. Your first 5 seats are €29/seat/mo, seats 6–15 are €25/seat/mo, and so on. Annual billing adds an additional 20% discount.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. For Team plans with 50+ seats, we also support invoicing. Contact support@crispy.sh for details.
