Default daily caps
These are the defaults per connected account, per day. Crispy blocks the action when the cap is reached. The caps do not authorize activity under LinkedIn's User Agreement section 8.2 and do not guarantee against restriction.

Is there a free trial?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Sign up, connect your LinkedIn profile, and if you're not satisfied, we'll refund you, no questions asked.
What counts as a seat?
Each connected LinkedIn account is one seat. If you connect 3 LinkedIn profiles, that's 3 seats. You can add or remove seats anytime from your dashboard.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch at any time from your billing dashboard. When switching to annual, you'll receive a prorated credit for the remainder of your current monthly period.
Do you offer custom pricing?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. For larger teams, we also support invoicing. Contact [email protected] for details.
Are LinkedIn safety limits per account or total?
Per account, per day. Each connected LinkedIn profile has its own set of daily limits. Connecting more accounts gives you more total capacity.
Do I need Sales Navigator?
No. Crispy works with any LinkedIn account. If you do have Sales Navigator, Crispy automatically unlocks advanced search filters, InMail, and enriched profile data.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your account keeps working, but while the subscription is past due, API calls are limited to 50 per day per LinkedIn account (background inbox and content sync count toward this). Update your payment method in the billing dashboard to restore unlimited calls. Stripe retries the charge for about three weeks before the subscription cancels.
What happens when I cancel?
Your access continues until the end of your billing period. Managed contact, campaign, and activity data may be retained for up to 180 days after your paid term ends so you can resubscribe, unless you delete your account or request deletion sooner. Short-lived caches have separate limits described in our Privacy Policy.
