What counts as a seat?
Each connected LinkedIn account is one seat. If you connect 3 LinkedIn profiles, that's 3 seats. You can add or remove seats anytime from your dashboard.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch at any time from your billing dashboard. When switching to annual, you'll receive a prorated credit for the remainder of your current monthly period.
Do you offer custom pricing?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. For larger teams, we also support invoicing. Contact [email protected] for details.
Are LinkedIn safety limits per account or total?
Per account, per day. Each connected LinkedIn profile has its own set of daily limits. Connecting more accounts gives you more total capacity.
Do I need Sales Navigator?
No. Crispy works with any LinkedIn account. If you do have Sales Navigator, Crispy automatically unlocks advanced search filters, InMail, and enriched profile data.
What happens when I cancel?
Your access continues until the end of your billing period. Your data (saved connections, campaigns, analytics) is retained for 90 days in case you resubscribe.
