What to do if LinkedIn restricts your account

If LinkedIn shows a restriction warning on your account:

  1. Pause everything immediately. Stop active campaigns and do not send manual actions through Crispy.
  2. Wait at least 24 to 48 hours before resuming any activity.
  3. Resume at a fraction of your previous volume. The cleanest way is to put the account back on a gradual ramp with warm-up: manage_outreach_settings with action 'warm_up' and op 'start'.
  4. Alternatively, tighten your daily limits with action 'limits' so the account stays well below the defaults for a while, then widen the range step by step over the following weeks.
  5. Confirm you are not running any other automation tool on the same account. Two tools stacking volume on one LinkedIn account is the most common cause of restrictions.

Restrictions are typically temporary, and accounts that come back slowly tend to stay healthy.

Do not contact LinkedIn support about automation tools.

Before relaunching campaigns, run get_account. It shows session health and today's remaining budget per category, so you can verify the account is connected and pacing correctly before any outreach resumes. If the session shows as invalid after the restriction clears, reconnect from the dashboard first.
