Conference Follow-Up
You met people at a conference but didn't connect on LinkedIn. This recipe turns a list of names into warm connections with event-specific messaging.
When to use this recipe
- After attending a conference, meetup, or webinar
- You have a list of attendee names or companies
- You want to capitalize on the shared experience while it's fresh
Steps
Import attendees
Import your attendee list (CSV or manual) into a Crispy contact list.
Example prompt
“Import this CSV of conference attendees and create a list called 'saas-conf-apr-2026'”
Set up event campaign
Create a campaign with a connection note that references the event.
Example prompt
“Create a campaign for the conference list with the message: "Hey {first_name}, great seeing you at SaaS Conf. Would love to stay connected."”
Follow up with value
When connections accept, send a follow-up with a relevant resource (slides, recap, article).
Example prompt
“Send everyone who accepted a message with the link to my conference talk slides”
Try it now
Copy this prompt and paste it into Claude, Cursor, or any MCP client connected to Crispy.
I just got back from SaaS Conf. Here's the attendee list. Set up a campaign to connect with everyone and follow up with my talk slides.
