Inbox Triage

Real opportunities can get lost among cold pitches. This recipe lists the conversations that need a reply and drafts replies for you to approve. It can also archive old threads in Crispy. Archiving in Crispy does not change your LinkedIn inbox.

When to use this recipe

  • Your LinkedIn inbox has 50+ unread messages
  • Replies from warm leads get lost among other messages
  • You want a daily inbox management routine
  • You're managing multiple ongoing conversations

Get the full picture

Get your inbox status with urgency scores. It covers up to 200 recent threads from a cached summary.

Handle urgent messages

Your agent reads each thread and drafts a reply in your writing style. It sends only the replies you approve. This approval is an instruction in the prompt. Crispy does not enforce it.

Review pending invitations

List incoming connection requests. Each request shows only the name, headline and note. You decide who to accept or decline. Your agent acts only after you approve each one.

Archive and clean up

Archive threads older than 30 days where you sent the last message and got no reply. One call archives up to 100 threads. Archiving happens in Crispy only. Your LinkedIn inbox does not change. You can unarchive a thread later.
